Butter Dish (Baker) Tea Pot 15cm handle width)This Batter Dish Baker is made from a stoneware clay with slip decoration; the shell markings are from freshwater clam shells reacting with the surface creating 'man made fossil' imprints. It has been fired in a wood soda kiln to 1300c. The handle is iron stone tied with copper wire. Each piece is unique; a reflection of our approach to the work and firing processes.
