In August of 1978, the young and burgeoning scene of Richmond, VA was rocked to it's very core by the untimely and tragic death of RALPH HARPERthe frontman for one of the area's earliest punk bands known as RICKY AND THE WHITE BOYS. Once the grief had subsided enough, Ricky along with a couple of the other members of the White Boys ultimately decided to form a new outfit to pick up where they'd left off.
