Aged mostly in fibreglass tank with a little bit of barrel ageing. Nice and bright high acid fruit a green pepper note from the Cabernet Franc but with a juiciness and drinkability, as well as a little bit of softness from the barrel ageing; texture and white pepper from the macerated Xarel lo.
