Gary Howells Bamboo Fly Rod 8' 2/2 #6 Vintage Fly Tackle. 6'6" This rod is in unusedA very nice Gary Howells fly rod, 8', 2 piece, 2 tips, built for a #6 line. "G. H. H. Howells" and "8' 4 1 8 oz #4907" lettered on the shaft. The serial number denotes a 1983 manufacture date. Medium full flexing action. Near mint condition with only the faintest hint of use. The ferrule fits are good and the rod is straight. Medium wheatstraw colored cane and the nodes are distributed in a three up node pattern. The varnish is excellent. The wraps
