On the nose, you'll find elegant notes of fresh citrus, green apple and delicate elderflower; on the palate it's crisp and mineral with a salty finish. Grapes are direct pressed into stainless steel and concrete tanks where they ferment and age for seven months. Bottled without fining, filtration or the addition of sulphur. Grape: Chenin Blanc
