Creamer Bottle (Large) sodafire Size: 12cm x 13cm xThis Creamer Bottle is made from porcelain with a resistive slip decoration. It is cast from an antique milk bottle and has been fired in a wood soda kiln to 1300c. It has a rough natural cork stopper. In the firing this bottle was located right next to the firebox (a premium spot of kiln real estate) giving it its unique intense colour and lots of ash runs. It was cradled in a fresh water clam shell creating a "made made fossil" marking on its side.
