Ori Vin Mambo Mai Mai Orange 2023 9.5% (750ml) South London Best London with carbonic maceration in smallApricot Herbs Savoury Oriane Rosner relocated to Gaillac from London at the start of the pandemic in March 2020, volunteering at neighbouring biodynamic winery Domaine Gayrard. In 2021, Oriane took over some vines at Gayrard, among them varieties that they rarely used and the crop from their youngest Syrah vines. Farming is pristine and biodynamic, and whilst Oriane is technically negoc, she knows these vineyards deeply and farms them as if they were
