For use with 5" metal center buffing wheels (e. g., 12" x 5", 14" x 5", 16" x 5") on buffing equipment with a 1 1 4" arbor. Created as an economical solution to discarding disposable (permanent) center plates with spent wheels. Steel construction for long life, easy to install and remove with a rubber mallet.
