This is a real connoisseur's honey, thick set and pungent, with complex flavours and aromas. This honey retains the aromatic, pungent properties of eucalyptus, which are believed to have a beneficial effect on the respiratory system. This Seggiano honey is produced by the bees of Mauro Pagliaccia, keeper of some 500 bee families, with some help from like minded beekeepers
