Perhaps more than most of their peers in the early nineties who popularised the Shoegaze genre, Lush has been the most unfairly maligned. Whether it was sexism (however buried) or just because their style is harder to pin down but Lush has never enjoyed the deep devotion that Slowdive and My Bloody Valentine enjoys. In 2016, they decided to make new music and it's time for a lot of people to revisit their debut, Spooky.
