The candidate represents a key asset within the company's novel drug research pipeline focused on Inflammation & Immunology. SJN314 is an orally administered, small-molecule inhibitor of Mas-related G-protein-coupled receptor X2 (MRGPRX2), being developed for the treatment of inflammatory conditions such as chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSUR) and atopic dermatitis
