Goldparmne is a small, rather bitter apple, which is beautifully reflected in this cider. The bitter notes are not at all overpowering and are accompanied by a delicate acidity. Despite the rather subtle fruit notes, it is surprisingly easy to drink. Paired with a clear cider aroma of ripe apples, it fits perfectly
