2013 Cajo' Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Doppel-Magnum (3L) Selection:1 bottle in wooden case Palate: NuttyRed wine made from dried grapes with fermentation in the patented Fermentino Ca'Botta tank for a particularly powerful body. Characteristics: Dense and very concentrated wine with a very deep red, almost black color. The olfactory note begins with strong and incredibly long notes of blackberries and cherries, topped with green pepper, dark chocolate, thyme, rosemary, wild flowers, some honey herbs, and honey with a smoky finish. The taste is as dense
