Reposado Rosa – KOMOS Champagner fine roasted aromas and hintsOnly perfectly ripe, 100% Blue Weber Agaves are hand harvested from both the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco's Tequila Valley, Mexico. The pias are roasted in traditional stone ovens in Tequila, Mexico. The "Agua Miel" (sweet water) is naturally fermented and double distilled in copper pot stills. The Blanco is aged in French oak red wine barrels from Napa Valley to mellow and mature for 2 months, developing delicate aromas and a rich, unique color.
