80's Ivory Lace Applique Draped Jacket by Fleur de Paris ohio oh usa Waist: 15”-20”stretchedThis gorgeous silky jacket was made in the 1980s by Fleur de Paris, a New Orleans based millinery, which also produces couture bridal and evening wear. It features shoulder pads to create a flattering silhouette they can also be removed. There is gorgeous lace appliqu on the front shoulder area, with some open work. The fabric is draped beautifully, and two custom made buttons hold the collar open. The waistband at the back keep the silhouette
