The two pairs of notches down the front placket are a striking detail - I am speculating that they might have been used with linked "sweater guard" type pins in the notches

When hooked at end measures 19" flat

70’s Dusty Blue Suede and Shearling Jacket cotton brocade suit 1970’s multicolor scarf70s 80s Shearling and Suede Jacket Dusty blue suede lined with shearling collar! This is a heavy coat and will keep ya toasty! Is is small. The chest measures 16 inches under arm to under arm and the length is 18 inches shoulder to hem. There are a couple of stains. Please see pics. I think a professional cleaning will help for sure.
