70’s/80’s Handmade Ruffled Tuxedo Blouse with High Collar skater pants Tag reads: Ann Maurice 100%Vintage handmade ruffled tuxedo blouse with high collar. Charcoal black. Button down blouse. ML Bust 40 . I believe this was made by an individual, as no tags found. Sewing skill is nice with some pinked seams, etc. The ruffles at bottom are a little off but I don't that will affect over all look. At close inspection you may see some minor swerve of stitches but over all I think they did a great job. I could consider it very good. Button down blouse
