Crafted from sheer gossamer silk with silk godet panels around the hem to create fullness and movement. The panels are alternatingly patterned with a zebra hide design and the designers iconic newspaper print. Tailored to a high waist cut, the waistband is secured with delicate fabric covered buttons and fabric loops along the left hip. It
