The pink and aqua folk art embroidery design appears Eastern or Northern European inspired, to me. The chambray fabric is a medium weight cotton, with a somewhat crisp surface, but still relatively soft. The shape of the skirt is more flared than a full circle, possibly from the late 1940s or early
