50's White and Black Straw Profile Hat cosplay costume coat • Circa 1960's or lateWhite straw profile hat from the 1950's. Upturned brim with black velvet inserts, thick black netting tucked down in the brim and the right side holds a wired black velvet and white straw flower. There is a pearl hatpin on the back right side which has slightly marked the white straw. Interior is finished with the standard ribbon. No label. Excellent condition other than the hat pin issue. Inner circumference is 21 inches. Measuring on the outside,
