The big difference is that this one is cheaper, grows its' stats better, and you control which creature to target, and that could be your opponent's
Silver Tempest and Cosmic Eclipse are both great sets to dig into, and the Eevee from Brilliant Stars is a personal favorite
The expense is really a few of the pricier lands, but even then the land value in this deck is much lower than in multicolor decks with shocks and fetches
