there, the instant/sorcery restriction doesnt matter too much since you want to counter sweepers and the like

Emerald Dragon Emerald Dragon has the adventure Dissonant Wave that counters an activated or triggered ability, but it must come from a noncreature source so you cant counter an ETB trigger or a creatures activated ability (it wont matter for Thassa's Oracle, basically)

For just four mana you tutor for two creatures and have a massive swing with your army

Unless you predict the game is going to reach its conclusion by running your opponent out of cards, those cards could have just as easily been on the bottom of your opponent's library and the result would have been the same
