These are still only one or the other depending on which face is showing, and Esika doesnt not count as an enchantment in your hand, graveyard, etc
Since state-based actions arent checked until all effects on the stack are resolved, the creature still has +1/+1 counters on it as it dies, despite the counters normally canceling each other out and removing each other

In a way you are both right, as you can technically refer to Bandai or any other non tcg cards as pokemon cards
If you do, at the beginning of your first upkeep, look at the top four cards of your library
Depending on who you ask, they can technically mean different things (blinking is end-of-turn return, flicker is instant return) but they're often used in the same way so I'm just going to be bouncing between the two here and there
