Connive decks will want to do it as often as possible but arent that likely to find repeatable ways to do it, making this a high priority for those decks and a great enabler for them
I'm open to that argument, but first and foremost I see it as something additive, not necessarily transformative, meaning that this should be seen as something completely different, and at the same time I would never dream of collecting physical Pokmon cards, but getting a notification on my phone that I can open a digital pack twice a day

The only restriction is that youll want to fill your deck with historic spells that youd like to copy, and since even legendary spells can be copied, in reality theres little restriction here
