This can be relevant as some landfall triggers create tokens and others will put +1/+1 counters on your creatures, so you'll want to stack it so the tokens are made before the counters are put on all your creatures

You can choose to disrupt your opponents hand, kill a small creature, and/or drain your opponent for two life each time you cast it

Previous rules did require the card to be cast, but with Murders at Karlov Manor in February 2024, this was updated to be an option
