While mana cost is not something I am too bothered about in these ratings that of either Ulamog is sufficiently prohibitive of most decks that it is at the very bottom of this list despite being one of the most nominally powerful cards in all of magic

You absolutely need to be able to do this, whether through drawing additional cards from spell effects like One Day Of Peace and Dark World Dealings

While the RNG elements make deck-building a pain, I still find myself enjoying the game immensely

For as long as you control Kotose, you may play one of the exiled cards, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it
