Gadrak, the Crown-Scourge I cant think of a reason to play Gadrak, the Crown-Scourge in the command zone
Magister of Worth and Custodi Squire involve votes for benefits, where you can vote on them an additional time because of The Valeyard
If I get a chance and find the desire, I'll dig through more cards to get a broader look into the timeline of set releases and see if I can find a pattern
I do feel like the cards designed for our format have been wildly successful in many ways, and unfortunately a lot has gone unexplored
Our top sorcery is also...pricey since it's on the Reserved List, but it costs just three, and then everyone shuffles their deck, graveyard and hand and draws a brand new hand
That leaves you with a chunky Dragon that draws you a card each turn and can untap your entire board, which is plenty to build around honestly
