This is one of those Magic cards thats been around forever and wont be going anywhere anytime soon
Starnheim Unleashed doesnt technically fit our definition of an X-spell, but Ill lump it in here
Warrant is being played in 2019, not 2013, so comparing it to cards like Seal Away and Baffling End is more appropriate, and in that light the card looks much better
So when you get a top-notch special illustration rare of it, you automatically know that this is going to be one of the most iconic cards of 2023
This is offset by being a mana rock, but Heraldic Banner being an anthem as well as a mana rock just seems a better fit for Hail, Caesar
