The practicality of this move is severely hampered by its second line of text, which says that Ditto much also meet the Energy requirements on that attack for Copy Anything to succeed, meaning that functionally it is only really useful in a Colorless deck that can run a mish-mash of different Energy types and used as a counter to commonly appearing strategies like top meta decks

This lets the card function as a very good extender because it lets you push through hand traps

I almost always prefer the former method because if ink gets pulled when you take the tape off, its far easier to patch up a black border than color-match and patch the back of the card and if your sleeves arent opaque on the back, a noticeable paint job will disqualify a card in tournaments (and it is noticeable)

Whether you find this set worth it will really come down to your own expertise
