If you get this card into the active Pokemon spot early in the game, you will set up your other spread damage Pokemon to have one hit knock outs, if you get this card into the active Pokemon spot later in the game, you can strategically use that 60 damage from Cursed Drop to knock out your opponent's Pokemon every turn

Most madness cards get a highly reduced cost when played for madness, so as long as you have a somewhat decent mana base on the field, you can draw a ton of cards while also playing everything you discard

You can also buy trading card accessories such as deck boxes or card sleeves

I am totally open to the possibility that blue decks just need permission that badly

One really exciting combo I see is Dragonite/Life Droplets (both tentatively in our next set)
