Having a bit of blue in the cost will naturally make the card narrower but far less so than with most gold cards simply because of where it is used
They're essentially Pokemon TCG relics at this point, and are very much treated as such by millionaires, who are depressingly the only people that can actually afford to own these cards these days
One is that it can disrupt the opponent's strategy if there's a card in their Graveyard that they want to be there, and throw a huge wrench in their strategy
Sab-Sunen, Luxa Embodied Sab-Sunen, Luxa Embodied is more of a fun commander, but especially powerful if you have a nice drip of one +1/+1 counter in addition to the natural one that Sab-Sunen adds
