Its a very fun deck to play, and I recommend that every Commander player give slivers a shot at some point

Thats not hard to achieve at all in this deck, so for two mana, its a great deal

It's deserving of a spot on the list

With Caesar having been prominently featured in Fallout: New Vegas, its great to see that this Universes Beyond set is going beyond the most obvious characters and even the mainline, numbered Fallout games for its cards

Another concern is that he doesn't have any way to get damage through, but lots of other creatures don't have evasion and we still find ways to win games with them, so maybe that's not such a big deal
