Japanese Pokmon cards differ from English cards in several important ways: packs contain 5 cards instead of 10, print quality is generally superior, Japan receives exclusive sets and alternate-art cards unavailable in English, and the rarity system includes additional tiers
If Piglet - Sturdy Swordsman ends up on the board alone, it can challenge ready opposing characters, giving it an interesting offensive edge as well
As such, I wouldn't expect to see it rise too much more even though it is a legitimate Pioneer staple at this point
A sizable portion of the deck list are strong cards that are just outside the best commander cards lists, like the notorious Propaganda, Scute Swarm, and Vesuva
However, its second ability can be very impactful in the right decks
