Its equip cost is pricey at three mana, but once its granting +5/+5 or more, that wont seem like a lot
It's a great deck-filler card to have, but a pity the iconic first appearance of Mickey isn't more useful during the game
That said, we dont expect Kefka to reign over competitive play
With him, you can enjoy the benefits of those discard effects without any of the downsides
Regarding steel, there are some cards that can help with this overarching damaged character control strategy, like Tug-of-War, which gives the player a choice of dealing damage to all opposing characters with the Evasive ability or without, or Yzma, who can deal 1 damage to a character if any of the players characters banish another character through a challenge
