Its a super valuable staller, because most fast decks focus primarily on setting up a big Pokmon ex card and little else if your opponent is about to sweep, you can swap in your Oricorio and prevent that from happening (provided they dont have a Sabrina handy), forcing them to waste energy or resources to get another Pokmon ready to take it out

Talk about a win-win
