While you do have to sacrifice a creature to get this effect, its still useful at worst and abuseable at best
Obviously, paying mana is a bit of a bummer here, but its probably needed for balance

Its definitely powerful, but its slow and mana-intensive, and sacrificing a creature is a real cost
Gardevoir is a Stage 2 Pokmon, though, so youll have to remember to make room for it and all its pre-Evolutions when assembling this type of deck
