Now that you cant put damage on the stack when you block or attack and want to sac for a land, its value drops even more

Its a great card for any deck looking to go wide since it fills two important roles in a single card

In other words, it's a widely inconsistent but eqaully fascinating pool of animated discovery

"Raviel" is named after Raziel, an angel who is depicted as the author of the Sefer Raziel HaMalakh which he gives to Adam and Eve shortly after their expulsion from the Garden of Eden so they would find their way back and better understand their God

The card is cast from exile, and so try and avoid taking Vampires with it that you would've otherwise played from your hand with Strefan, but anything like a removal spell or enchantment is an excellent pick.
