Even so, I assume most players who buy a deck named after Urza, from a set themed around Urza, will want to keep Urza in the Command Zone
This can allow you to save your strong Pokemon from an imminent threat, or swap in a Pokemon that can take advantage of your opponent's Pokemon's Weakness
