In the Commander format, I see its weakness mainly in that it can best shine against mono-blue decks that have little creature destruction and because of its no-counter ability

Mishra's Factory makes it so you can only spend that mana on Artifacts but, in an Artifact deck, this is insanely strong

On top of that, instead of banning cards outright, cards tend to simply get restricted, which means that you can only have one of them instead of the usual four

First up, a card that triggers the Commander, but can also redirect some damage away from you which will hopefully trigger the other part of YShtola, too
