As happened to it in Legacy and Ice-Fang Coatl in Modern, it is likely that the presence of the greatest anti-cantrip card in Magic history will take away much of its competitive viability because it generates too positive value for the opponent

This wouldve been immensely helpful before the most recent wave of bans, and it should still have plenty of cheap targets worth removing
