Theyve tended to come with jokey mechanics, and they arent tournament-legal, but there are some that are close enough to normal that its hard to argue against them aside from the fact that theyre silver-bordered, especially when it comes to Unstable cards whose only weirdness is dice rolls
If you discard two energies, it adds 100 extra damage, reaching a total of 240
The precon is a lot better and more focused than people are giving it credit for and the upgrade options (especially non-LOTR cards like Quiet Speculation) really make it shine
