Wake of Destruction Unless youre going for basics, Wake of Destruction is probably going to be a little bit more useful in non-singleton formats

There are a few decks that actual turn this rule into an exploitable advantage, using it as a free discard outlet to pitch giant creature cards to Reanimate next turn or a Dredge card such as Golgari Grave-Troll for subsequent self-milling, but in what I would call fair decks, this maximum hand size rule is not nice, especially when you are mana-screwed
