Emerald runs trickster and ramp strategies, and the Monsters Inc characters fit that role with abilities tied to scaring, energy generation, and disruption

I dont think the outlaw mechanic will be amazing in Commander, but it certainly wont be with a mediocre payoff like Vial Smasher, Gleeful Grenadier at the helm
