It's so much more than an overpriced tutor, because a turn-two Starfield ShepherdStarfield Shepherd can grant you either the land drop you need or a nice one-drop that can impact the board right away, like Esper SentinelEsper Sentinel or MockingbirdMockingbird
and its attack, Aura Burn (for two dark energies and one colorless), does a base 190 damage, but with a reverse of 30 damage to itself
The deck's Quaquaval has the Energy Carnival ability, allowing one Energy card to be attached to a Pokemon once per turn, speeding up the process
There was a clear distinction between most of the older cards and the Commander Legends prints
It is cards like Force Spike you are happiest to be pitching as they are only strong within a certain window in the game
Maybe Ill also tinker with the filter so I get a smaller subset of harder card names, but for now Im happy with it
