If I'm playing a creature-based aggressive deck, I might prefer more creatures or a more flexible removal spell like Lightning Strike

Theft cards are already extremely powerful in Commander, so stapling you become the monarch to a theft card makes it even more insane

Also, sliver decks tend to go pretty wide so being able to tap all your creatures to draw a card, while also dealing massive amounts of damage each time is busted

There are a lot of other lands in this deck that do similar things to Cavern of Souls, so you could always cut it and replace it with either another dual land or a basic land
