Its light on its feet but complex, with silky texture and a long, mineral driven finish. Bright, wild and quietly serious. Made from organically grown Pinot Noir and Syrah, co fermented with no additions and aged in old oak, this is natural wine with polishexpressive, unfiltered, and true to place.
