Mid-Century Fat Lava Orange and Brown Royal Haeger Cylinder Vase hand-sculptured face I am happy to haveI, for one, did not realize that Royal Haeger made some pretty great ceramics in the 1960s and 70s with terrific fat lava glazes. I Sometimes I find these glazes a bit much, but think the simplicity of the form here makes for an ideal match with this acid orange, erupting like lava indeed against the rich brown ground. Great all the way around, and perfect for filling with some similarly electric fall leaves, or with something bright white, which
