This one has clearly seen a lot of use over the past 100+ years

which makes me think a bit of a seed pod with one big seed inside

with triangles and squares of directional stitching

Later 19th century I believe, and reminding me a bit of the drawings of Wayne Blouch of Pennsylvania (which I presented in collaboration with Ricco Maresca gallery) for their specificity and singularity. Her hair, and her hands, and her tiny feet especially do it for me!
