It packs an explosion of aromas & flavors. The cooked Blue Weber Agave is still present at the center of this Extra Aejo, with hints of oak, fruit, caramel, and butterscotch around it. The oxygenation keeps all the flavors very well balanced, preventing any flavor from overtaking the other.
