Lovely Old Hand Soldered Brass Dodecahedron cinnabar and brass vase though I have not found

though I have not found another in this blue and peachy yellow glaze combo

It does appear he was likely once mounted onto a base (or boat) as there is a little torn paper stuck to his feet

and 2 1/2" deep

Posts measure about 6" tall

There is a surface crease at upper left on front but it is not a true crease--there is no sign of it on reverse

(It is hollow inside.) Whatever the case, certainly it was done by hand and I believe has quite a bit of age to. To me it is satisfying in the way that antique geometric solid blocks are,
